Decked out in a casual outfit consisting of a black Vogue tank top with sweats and heart-shaped shades, the "Bandslam" babe toted a refreshing iced beverage in-hand during the leisurely summer stroll.

As for her upcoming stage duties, Miss Hudgens will be playing the character of Mimi in the Neil Patrick Harris spearheaded "Rent" production. With "Dancing with the Stars" winner Nicole Scherzinger also partaking, the show will be running at the Hollywood Bowl for three nights only - taking place from August 6-8.

Of the effort, Neil recently told Broadway World, irector Neil Patrick Harris told Broadway World, “I’m thrilled with the cast. With this gang, I’m hoping to provide an eclectic mix of experienced Rent performers, amazing new talent, and recognizable faces in unexpected roles. Of paramount importance to me, though, is honoring the piece as a whole - the music, the vibe, the creator - so that those who have never experienced Rent will be able to appreciate it alongside die-hard fans. We’ll only have one week of rehearsal, which I like to call ‘madness’, but as of now my hopes are very high.”
